Our Comprehensive Assisted Living & Memory Care

Roseleaf Gardens provides assisted living and memory care in Chico and Oroville, California, for older adults and individuals who need additional support with cognitive changes, daily routines, or ongoing supervision. Services are appropriate for residents whose changing abilities make independent living or existing care arrangements increasingly difficult to maintain. Support is provided according to each resident’s current needs, preferences, and level of independence and can be adjusted as those needs change.
