Roseleaf Gardens provides assisted living and memory care for older adults and individuals whose cognitive changes, daily care needs, or need for supervision make independent living increasingly difficult. At our Chico and Oroville, California locations, residents receive support based on their individual abilities, routines, preferences, and level of assistance needed.
Daily care is structured around what each resident can manage independently and where additional support is appropriate. As cognitive, functional, or personal care needs change, support can be adjusted while maintaining familiar routines and encouraging residents to participate in daily living according to their abilities.
